Captain Tsubasa Golden 23 Goal 60 has been out for about 2 weeks now on Weekly Young Jump. I am just writing a quick recap on the recent story and my thoughts regarding this chapter.After the exciting battle between team Japan and Nigeria, which ended in a 2-2 draw, the story shift focus back to Spain, where Tsubasa's Barcelona is playing against Valencia, led by Carlos Santana. By the end of Goal 59, Barcelona is leading by the score of 2-0 thanks to our captain, Tsubasa.
In Goal 60, Santana's scoring ability has been sealed by Barcelona's defense, since all the intended pass for him has been intercepted. Santana was getting annoyed and he took the ball from his own teammate and took a super powerful long shot, which resulted in a goal. The score is now 2-1.
A pretty good chapter in my opinion, lots of action and goal scoring. But think about it, if Barcelona can beat Real Madrid lead by Natureza, Santana does not stand a chance. More on Goal 61 soon...
